The fabric was chosen by his mama, who is a yoga instructor and well, sort of a hippie you might say. So the colors and patterns are probably not your “typical” nursery theme, but they look awesome together!
The construction was pretty simple. For this sewing project I cut 20 9-inch squares for the top using the cotton print fabric (pre-washed), 20 9-inch squares for the back (flannel print) and 20 9-inch squares of a flannel fabric (you don’t see) in the middle to give the blanket an extra layer of softness.
